We tested the address autocomplete module with Suitecrm version 7.11.15 and php version 7.3.1. The module is working fine.

I found that the table sm_addressmapping is not being created. I use SQL SERVER database. Can you give me the SQL code to create it?

I resolved (by myself) searching for the CREATE TABLE query in install script, translating it to MSSQL TSQL (yes, this plugin DOES NOT WORK out of the box with SuiteCRM instances with MSSQL database)

The Address AutoComplete module is tested only with the MYSQL Database. We will check the possibility and add the support for the MSSQL Database in the near future.
