#4663 - Can users add tags to a record without admin creating the tag already?
We are considering this module for users to eb able to apply tags and searchable keywords to a record. Does this module allow the user to create a tag or do they all have to be created in advance by admin?

Yes, a regular users can also create tags and add them to the record.
