This Saturday I updated practically all records of my Mailchimp Alliance experts list: the countries and the 'Source' field, but not the addressed of course. Up to now changes are not reflected in SugarCRM

    Hello,

    I'm happy to help get this fixed up. Are the fields in question being mapped with the field mapping tool in Suite? If so, then we'll have to look into why MailChimp isn't able to update your SuiteCRM. If you go to admin > Health Status, can you change your logging level to debug. Then, go into MailChimp and manually edit and save one of the synced records. From there, just wait about 10 minutes and then send me the Sugar Logs. To get the sugar log, go to Sugar > Admin > System Settings and click "View Log" at the bottom. Then click "All" to get all of the log file data. Copy everything that is on that page, then put it into a text file. Then email the text file to support@sugarchimp.com, including the email address of the record that was changed and I’ll figure out what’s going on. Let me know if you have any more questions!
