I am not a programmer, so I have no idea what you are asking me to do. I have installed SuiteCRM via my CPanel using Installatron. Which is working perfectly as version 8.6.2. I thought your module just worked with the version through the normal install module process, but it looks like you must make major changes to the operating system for it to work. Shouldn't this be accounted for by you? I am confused.

Module not working in SuiteCRM version 8.6.2. Just get a text line instead of upload feature.

I notice that DocParser uses the TinyMCE editor. Is it possible to use the builtin Mozaik editor that also comes with Suitecrm?

This has nothing to do with the tags, but the behavior of your editor. Why am I not able to upload an image when I am using DocParser on Suitecrm version 7.11.15? Why am I restricted to insert image url only?

Thanks for the update. I am now getting erratic behavior on the pdf and I still cannot view the zip file. Some of the pdf files can be viewed and others cannot. When I do a Quick Repair it seems to change which ones are viewable which is what is erratic. I am also getting a license verification error.

There isn't a file named customDownload.php on the root of my SuiteCRM. We are using the latest version 7.11.15. Was Doc Parser supposed to install that?
