Hi, i've installed on SUITE CRM 7.7.6 and i cannot get buttons

After Try to reinstall i get this errpr on LOG:

Hi, after upgraded to 7.7.8, not working . Please, remember we use MSSQL and PHP7, and freezes on generate report.

Yes, SuiteCRM 7.7.8 supports php 7.

The LOGS are copied Up this lines.

Yes we have permisions.

Yes when i reinstall, frezes on 82%.
