HI, i maked Reindex of AOD but i see any action, not indexed. How can i see reason of not work?

    Hello, you might want to check your SuiteCRM log file to see if any clues are there. Have you looked at that yet?

      I've entered on Task, and on JOB Log, are no INFO.

      Have a mail, to send Log file?

      Before you send the log file, can you add a few screenshots here to show me what you've tried to so far?

      Are you using Kickoff to run the "Reindex of AOD" scheduler job?

    Thank you for the screenshots. It looks like Kickoff is doing what it is supposed to be doing and running the job for you.

    I think something might be wrong with AOD if your search is not working. I would recommend reaching out to the SuiteCRM support team or on the community forums here: https://suitecrm.com/forum/index
