Dear support, after re-adding users to the user list the current time stamp in each user log is up-to-date. That helped. Can you provide a bugfix in future versions to prevent this behavior please?View Comment

Maybe the MSSQL DB has reached a size were the service isn't able to work with correctly? Is there a possibility to reset the DB? Clean up? If yes, will this have side effects?View Comment

Dear Support, today I received a message from user VR and he told me no email sync is happening. I checked the log and saw that the last entry is from yesterday. Please see here the last line of his log file:
02.06.2019 10:58:37.413 (3020) Synchronizing user 'Volker.Rautenberg@transwareag.com' completed.
I need the sync to work stable, please help.View Comment

Hi ,we did not change anything. I looked right now again in all user logs and found the following. Below you can see the last line of each users log file(I just added asterisks in front of the @ sign manually:
02.01.2019 13:46:52.653 (2468) Synchronizing user 'Sfirstname.lastname@example.org' completed
02.01.2019 13:04:16.490 (3448) Synchronizing user 'Saemail@example.com' completed
02.01.2019 09:12:52.910 (2636) Synchronizing user 'Hfirstname.lastname@example.org' completed
02.01.2019 13:01:59.028 (4016) Synchronizing user 'Vemail@example.com' completed
As you can see it did sync some hours ago some users and the first row is obviously permanently syncing every two minutes as configured. The time as I create this ticket another of those four user accounts was syncing permanently every two minutes. But normally all user logs have entries every two minutes. What's this strange behavior?

Due to the fact that we did not change anything at our Internet Firewall configuration for a long time I assume the error is located anywhere else. Can you tell me how I can check whether my existing internet connection/network settings does meet the requirements of your tool? Which ports must be available, which protocols? We do not use any proxy to connect to the internet.View Comment

2nd Update: For testing I removed my user account "Sascha" from the user list too. Then I wanted to add Volker instead of my user account so that he will be able to work, but as I removed my user and add his user to the user list, the same error occurred again. So now there are only two users in the list remaining and I cannot add any.View Comment

Update: When I click "Save" without adding the fourth user to the list, just e.g. the value for the log file size, then the saving will succeed.View Comment
As I remember there were an issue sometime ago when adding the fourth user to the list. Please check the history of the service tickets for this and advice. Because now I am unable to readd him back and he cannot sync emails anymore.

I did as you suggest and removed the user Volker, then clicked "Save", then readded Volker and clicked "Save" See here now the error preventing me to readd him.View Comment

I have set the synchronization date on the tab "Email" to 26.07.2018, but for my colleague Volker the emails he tagged on 27.07.2018 are still not synced. What information do you also need to track this issue?View Comment
