• Outlook plugin - Validation fails

  Hi,

  The issue is with the plugin in the CRM system - not in Outlook.

  I have tried with Chrome, Edge and Internet Explorer. In the first two, nothing happens when I press "Validate". In Internet Explorer, "null" is written next to the button:

• Search not working & Predefine tags not possible

  (1) It seems that it might help to rebuild AOD-Index. I am doing that now and will get back, if it helps.

  (2) I have tried "Repair JS Files" and cleared browser cache ( event tried a new browser on a machine that has never accessed the SuiteCRM before). It didn't help and still doesn't work.
