Hello,

It would be mostly for the contact module, but if we can use it also for other modules it would be nice too.

It could be something like : - First of all I would create a new custom field that could be a checkbox in my contact module, this field would be named -> "Do not synchronized", and if we select this field it won't be synchronized to sendinblue, and if it is left empty it will be synchronized - Then, in the email software module, in the module mapping mapping section there would be an optional line that could be : Syncing verification (optional) -> it would display a list of fields from the contact module (only checkbox fields), then the user can select on which field he want to make a condition (True or False) - In the synchronization operation, if the checkbox in the contact module is tick, then we do not sync it to sendinblue, and if it is unchecked (default value) it will be synchronized

It works now for email address but not for firstname and lastname, I also tried with an older version (6.0 version 7.11) and it is the same

We downloaded the latest version and it doesn't work, it is even worst, before email address were synchronized and now nothing is synchronized.

We finally made it work approximately, the contacts are synchronized with sendinblue but only the email address, Firstname and Lastname are not sync in sendinblue, that was supposed to be the new feature of this release, we are using "VIEmailSoftwareIntegration-7.0-Version7.11" version of the plugin. I hope we can make it work together. Best regards.

I checked in the config table and effectively we have the Licence key, also cron is already set up on the server, but it still doesn't work, is there a special configuraiton to do?

Hello, Yes of course I already executed the query, and after this I can access to the plugin, but the thing is when I try to sync my contacts from suiteCRM to SendInBlue it doesn't work. And I don't know where it comes from. Best regards.

Hello, I understand what you say, but when I add the contact to sendinblue it doesn't add the firtsname and lastname. I don't understand when you say that you can add firtsname and latsname fiels in backend process when I click on the "Sync Field" button, do you mean that you are going to implement it in another version? or do I have to do it myself?
