#2805 - Synchronise more than 20 contacts suiteCRM to sendinblue

Hello, I am having a trouble synchronising contacts from SuiteCRM to Sendinblue, here is what I do step by step : - Import contact from csv file to SuiteCRM (164 contacts) - go to the module to synchronise contacts from SuiteCRM to Sendinblue - synchronisation result is that only 20 contacts are synchronised with sendinblue - in Sendinblue I only have 20 contacts syncronised

I tried several things : - When I change the number of items displayed in a list in suiteCRM (from 20 to 200) for example, it works and all the contacts are syncronised, but I don't want to always display this much contacts - When I enter a new contact manually, it is synchronised with sendinblue

It seems that the porblem only happen with imported contacts.

Here is my module mapping configuration :

I also tried with Batch management activated but it doesn't change anything.

    Hello,

    Data Sync from SuiteCRM to SendInBlue Batch wise means if you setup 20 Records in Batch Management then it'll sync initially 20 Records and remaining data will be sync through SuiteCRM Cron in backend Process.

    We have mentioned in User Manual that Cron needs to setup on Server for Sync Data. See Screenshot : http://prntscr.com/so8tjs

    So you needs to setup SuiteCRM Cron in your Server.

      Thank you, in fact the cron was already setup but it seems that I wasn't patient enough to see the result. If I wait for a longer period (10min) it works. Thank you.
