We have sent error logs over the email to "store@suitecrmstore.com" from "aniket.surve@ambitsoftware.com" what version of the plugin your are running? ----Plugin Version is SuiteCRM Outlook Add-In v3.0.154.0 Registered email ID is -support@ambitsoftware.com

Hi Team,
Please find below comment.
In regards to the firewall, you will have to allow direct access to 104.130.124.19 to allow for licence authentication. Ambit - We have provided full internet access
On the local side of it, have you ever successfully arrived at an Empty configuration screen? Ambit- No. After click on Authentication/Archiving we got error saying that Add-in error

Hi Mac,
Yes, We are using Firewall. As mentioned earlier, for this installation, we have provided required internet access to the system where SuiteCRM outlook plugin has installed.
Kindly provide solution ASAP.
