Hi,
I am using the trial version, and I found that we are able to set up each invoice as a recurring invoice. However, is it possible to create multiple recurring invoices through the list view?

Hi,
Thank you for your response. Is there any possibility to create recurring invoices based on the previous year's invoice in the Invoice section with the line items? Moreover, we will migrate our draft invoices to the XERO system. Therefore, we need those recurring invoices in the invoice section.

Hi,
Sorry, I am a bit unclear regarding this comment: "The Xero ID field value can be deleted if you add it to the records Edit view". We have already implemented the Xero ID field into our edit view mode. Also, that field is available in every single record.
As you said, "Send to Xero will create a new link" will this action creates a new link in the XERO?

Hey,
Thank you so much, and this helps me a lot. Also, if I am not wrong, after creating the initial linkage between an Account in the SuiteCRM, Xero will provide you with an id, and that XERO id will link the record with SuiteCRM
do you think I got the point correctly?

Hey,
Thank you for your prompt response, and I am aware of these options. However, our client came back to us mentioning that,
"mainly once we can align the business name (Field name in SuiteCRM) with account name in Xero (has to be exact match otherwise won't link), then we'll need to relink accounts. And then test it's working (invoices that state paid have been, statements sending working, etc.)"
