Settings of Twilio Inbound Webhook
Follow the below steps.

Login into your Twilio account and click on this link. Click on number in which you want to configure webhook URL.
[Step 2]
Scroll down and find Messaging section on page. You need to configure this url in webhook. http://veritycrm.com/index.php?entryPoint=VRT_WhatsApp_Twilio_Inbound Note:- Change veritycrm.com with your CRM URL.
