Creating WhatsApp templates
Follow the below guide.
Create new Email templates or you can edit the existing. Select the options as per below images. So this template will be available for that module while sending WhatsApp
Note - Plain Text will be used for WhatsApp Templates
You can add more modules in WhatsApp Module by adding the values in the list of vrt_modules_sms field
