vWFM is runs on SuiteCRM 7.x. It supports both MySQL DBs (and variants) as well as MSSQL.
vWFM comes with a graphical editor to facilitate the creation of new processes. However, the designer of new, advanced processes should have a sound technical knowledge. Specifically:
- Understanding of SuiteCRM structure
- PHP knowledge
- Basic Database knowledge
