1 . How users can send the SMS from SuiteCRM .

User can sent the SMS from DetailView / ListView

  1. WorkFlow Action

    [Send Sms to(Mobile Number )] by using workflow as shown in below diagram ,

3.Create SMS Templates from SMS Template Module In SuiteCRM as show in below ,

4.Message Log All Outgoing messages will be shown in Message Log Panel(In Record’s Detail View)
