Token Usage

Tokens represent the amount of text and context processed by the AI.
They include both the information sent to the AI, such as your request and CRM data, and the response generated by the AI.
More complex tasks, longer conversations, reports, or searches across company knowledge require more tokens because the AI needs to process more information.

Examples:

Request Token usage
“Create a task for tomorrow” Low
“Summarize this meeting note” Medium
“Analyze all open opportunities and prepare a sales report” High
“Search the knowledge base and compare all matching products” Higher, especially if many documents are read
