Navigate to the Admin Panel, search for the Sapient Tawkto Integration section, and click on Settings Configuration Admin1.png

Below, you can configure the settings for Contact, Note, and Case creation in SuiteCRM. When the status is set to 'Enabled,' all new Tawk.to chats and tickets will automatically sync with SuiteCRM. Admin2.png
