1) Create API
i) Click on Settings -> API Keys --> Click on Create API Key
ii) Enter API Key Name -> Select Full Access -> Create & View
iii) Copy Created API key to safe place and please do not share with any one.
iv) Click on Done.
2) Event Notification Setting
i) Click on Settings -> Mail Settings ii) Click on Event Notification iii) Click on ON iv) Enter HTTP POST URL ({$crm_url}/index.php?entryPoint=sendgrid_event) v) Select All Actions vi) Click on right mark to save configuration as shown in image
3) Tracking
1) Click on Settings -> Tracking 2) Click on Click Tracking and Click on ON 3) Check the checkbox Enable click tracking in plain text emails 4) Click on Open Tracking and Click on ON
