Does Revenue Engine AI modify my SuiteCRM database?
No. It uses a "Passive-Safe" architecture that makes zero schema changes and reads directly from your core SuiteCRM tables. It never writes to, modifies, or deletes any CRM data.
Which AI providers are supported?
You can "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) for Google Gemini (recommended, free tier via AI Studio), OpenAI, or Anthropic Claude. The system auto-detects the provider from your API key prefix. A built-in local intelligence engine also runs without any API key — the BYOK key enables richer AI-generated narrative summaries on top of that.
Where is my AI API key stored? Does it leave my environment?
Your API key is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and is never sent to Zybroz servers. When you generate AI insights, your pipeline data and the AI prompt are sent directly from your browser to your chosen AI provider (Google Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic). No data is routed through Zybroz infrastructure.
Why can't I see Revenue Engine AI in the main SuiteCRM navigation bar?
This is an intentional architectural constraint. Adding it to the top navigation ($moduleList) crashes the SuiteCRM 8.x Angular shell. It must be accessed via the User Profile Menu, Admin Panel, or a Home Dashlet.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is a flat annual rate, not per-user. The Professional tier is £149 / ₹14,999 annually, and the Enterprise tier is £399 / ₹39,999 annually.
