Configure Webhook at FreshChat
Login at FreshChat Portal and follow the steps.

Click on the Settings and then click on WEBHOOKS
[Step 2]
Configure the WebHook URL and click on Save button. Please change with your CRM URL. >> eg. https://veritycrm.com/index.php?entryPoint=Sync_FreshChat
