Electronic signatures provide a binding way to authenticate a document. It can also be quite the process to attach an encoded signature to an electronic document. We have simplified this in SuiteCRM with an easy-to-use electronic signature capture and embed tool. No need for any external signing software.
Installation and Admin Guide
1.Install the package using module builder in Administration.
2.Do repair and rebuilt And execute the query.
Check for the ESignature settings in the esignature and firstly go through the license configuration.
3.Make settings for modules in which you want to enable ESignature.
Here, There are 2 settings you need to do after enabling the feature.
- CRM User signature - Generated PDF will have the assigned user signature in the document.
- Customer/Contact signature - As we analysed market trends,CRM will be able to take the signature from customer and Create PDF note with Customer and User both signature.
4.Success!
We have tried to achieve bit similar like E-Signature in SuiteCRM PDF templates. Now, Every User can attach their signature to their profile. For every PDF,we can attach the signature of the assigned user in the PDF template. We can even do more customisation according to the users’ need.
