Really good add-on and helps us in our daily business. The support was very good from Urdhva Tech team, because I had some issue on start with some missing buttons (the german language was the issue).

We use a chat app but it dose not integrate with Suitecrm so we have to copy and paste. With Collaboration we no longer have to cut and past and with the update for notifications within Suitecrm it is already made a difference in productivity. Simple yet very effective module everyone should have if they have teams.

This is a wonderful add-on. Very useful. Works without issue.

We have been using this over a year now and adoption has increased. I believe with any new feature there will need to be an adoption period and some user on the team that pushes implementation / utilization. Our team lives in email - so the feature that send email notification the link to the exact record makes this user friendly. I dont think anyone knows to use the notification alerts in SuiteCRM.

I really like this collaboration tool. I have tested a couple of weeks on my dev and now a week on my live environment. It has a nice design and feel to it.

My team has not utilized it quite as much. It may not work for our needs.

Regardless , I like when a tool works flawlessly and installs seamlessly , works fast without bogging down any other parts of the system. The options are pretty simple - almost too simple, but maybe that why it works so well.

Support is great as I had a question about admin option turning off delete for non admin users, and they showed me how to do utilizing roles. --BTW my system is 7.12.8 - Cpanel / WHM
