We have been using this over a year now and adoption has increased. I believe with any new feature there will need to be an adoption period and some user on the team that pushes implementation / utilization. Our team lives in email - so the feature that send email notification the link to the exact record makes this user friendly. I dont think anyone knows to use the notification alerts in SuiteCRM.

I really like this collaboration tool. I have tested a couple of weeks on my dev and now a week on my live environment. It has a nice design and feel to it.
My team has not utilized it quite as much. It may not work for our needs.
Regardless , I like when a tool works flawlessly and installs seamlessly , works fast without bogging down any other parts of the system. The options are pretty simple - almost too simple, but maybe that why it works so well.
Support is great as I had a question about admin option turning off delete for non admin users, and they showed me how to do utilizing roles. --BTW my system is 7.12.8 - Cpanel / WHM
