#986 - Open Cases With Single Contact/Login for Many Accounts
We need to offer our customers the capability to create cases with single login (contact) for many accounts, it is possible?

Thank you for showing your interest in our Wordpress Portal for SuiteCRM.
As per SuiteCRM default flow, you can assign only one Account to any contact. Thus the cases which are created by contact is related with that Account. But we can surely customize it as per your requirement.
Can you please let us know your CRM has multiple relationship from Contact to Account? It would be great if you can share more detail about your query, so we can assist you further.

Thanks for response. Our CRM has multiple relationship from Contact to Account.
We already send one invite from Skype.
We have customers with one Contact (owner) with many accounts, so they don't want one login to each account because it's difficult for them to manage his cases this way.
So, they want to see all cases in all accounts (of each group) with a single login in portal, and this feature is critical for our decision to choose SuitePort.

As you would like to manage multiple Accounts from single login(Contact login) we need to do some customization in our current portal flow with some extra efforts and additional cost.
Can you please confirm the below mentioned points?
Do you want to allow Portal user(Contact) to create new accounts from the Portal? Do you want to allow Portal user(Contact) to update information of their existing Account records?
As per CRM current flow you can associate multiple accounts with contact record, but in the Contact view (at CRM) you can see only last associated Account link in detail and list view.
If we consider your requirement then we need to load cases which are related with the accounts of Login Portal user(Contact).

Do you want to allow Portal user(Contact) to create new accounts from the Portal? No. Do you want to allow Portal user(Contact) to update information of their existing Account records? Only some fields in Account like website, e-mail and phone.
With this feature, you guys can sell a new value in SuitePort: a leader can manage his customer service of many companies in a simply way, a very common situation today in different business across the world.
We believe this feature it's not only a specific need of our company, but a tendency and opportunity to others customers of SuitePort.

Hi, we canceled SuitePort plan and uninstall it (comercial@vetorsolucoes.com.br), and we wait for you to reverse our payment via credit card (03/14/20 - USD499.00). We don't need any other plugins on SuiteCRM Store, and because of this we request and need this refund, thanks.
