HI I have install and implement this plugin with single crm site and single WordPress site . Now I want to implement with the more that one word-press site . I just go though document that implies one to one relation between CRM and portal site

Can you please let us know if you want to implement this with multi-site Wordpress OR to an another wordpress? Our existing portal supports multi-site Wordpress. Means you can connect all your sub-sites of Wordpress with a single CRM.
