#5863 - cannot validate license key
We have tried many different fixes for this problem.
- We have confirmed that we can reach the server using several different methods from the SuiteCRM server.
- We have recently installed new certs on the web server, with an up-to-date CA cert.
We continue to get this message
Failed: SugarOutfitters_API::call(): Unable to validate the license key. Please configure the firewall to allow requests to https://store.suitecrm.com/api/v1/key/validate and make sure that SSL certs are up to date on the server.
We are beating a dead horse at this point. Any suggestions?

Hi Victor,
Could you please share the CRM version you are currently using? Also, if possible, kindly provide the CRM access credentials so we can investigate the issue more effectively.
Additionally, please let us know the Customer Portal version you are using.
