#583 - Can´t connect with Wordpress

Hi, I´ve installed Wordpress plugin to test in a test instace of my suitecrm, but I can´t connect Wordpress Plugin. On wordpress plugin configuration i´m doing:

Version: SuiteCRM CRM URL: http://subdomainsuite.mydomain.com/service/v4_1/rest.php Username: MyadminUsername Password: MyadminPassword

But I´m getting:

"Connection not successful. Please check SugarCRM Version, URL, Username and Password."

    Hi Rento,

    Greetings from Appjetty Support!

    After checking for the issue on your instance, we found that the file permission on your CRM is not set properly.

    Would you please set it 755 recursively?

    Also kindly use CRM URL only for making connection in WordPress portal setting page instead of rest URL as mentioned in User Manual.

    CRM URL: http://subdomainsuite.mydomain.com

    We have checked the rest file and it has proper file permission now. But the to error reporting on at your CRM instance is creating this issue. Kindly refer the screenshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9pz2gsBXHHmcGVxVTdMMjdyalk/view?usp=sharing

    Thus in order to avoid the above mentioned issue please follow this Troubleshooting steps for PHP Notices, Warnings, and Errors provided by SugarCRM. This will resolve all your issues.
