#3580 - Cannot connect Portal to SuiteCRM
I am lost !
**In SuiteCRM **LICENSE CONFIGURATION: MANAGE AND CONFIGURE THE LICENSE FOR CUSTOMER PORTAL ADD-ON: -SuiteCRM version 7.11.18 -PHP version 7.3.27 (SuiteCRM not compatible with version 7.4.16) -License key OK -Customer Poral URL Configuration/Enter Customer Portal URL Which is used by Sugar/SuiteCRM when contact is created for creating Portal user: I don't understand what it is: -an entry point in SuiteCRM ? if yes, which one ? create-user ? -an entry point in WordPress ? if yes, which one ? portal login ? portal registration ?
In WordPress/Customer Portal Settings: -Wordpress version 5.7.1 -PHP version 7.4.16 -crm url: I suppose the normal url to access the crm -Identifier/password: I suppose one user Identifier/password. Is administrator. I always get "Connection not successful. Please check SugarCRM Version, URL, Username and Password". -In possible reasons: -755 recursive file permission to custom and modules directory OK -PHP extensions (both in WordPress and SuiteCRM): curl OK, JSON_ENCODE is not an extension, but json installed

In regards to your concern, please find our comments below:
An entry point in SuiteCRM? if yes, which one? create-user? CRMJetty: The entries will be created from the portal in the contact module and not the user.
An entry point in WordPress? if yes, which one? portal login? portal registration? CRMJetty: Once you successfully connect WordPress with CRM, you will have the login and registration pages by which your end customers will access the portal.
Also, in regards to you check your issue in detail, can you please share your admin/FTP details of CRM and WordPress to debug the issues over the email: support@appjetty.com? So that we can quickly check and assist you further accordingly.

I found the origin of the problem. My SSL was not OK. So the connexion could not be done, I guess due to CURL. I corrected the SSL, and I can connect WordPress with CRM. Kin Regards.
