can not connect wp plugin to suitecrm. I get an error ! message no matter what I do. tried disabling all other plugins, no help

Thanks so much for all your help. Awesome system. I will only say, it might have been easier for me if there was an instruction video and shortcode cheat sheet. Otherwise, great product and thanks for the support.
