Hi, i cannot install correctly the plugin:
Here is my environment: PHP 7.3.1 Apache 2.4.37 SuiteCrm 7.11.1 Wordpress 5.0.3

We have checked and fixed the issue regarding the email templates module which are creating trouble in signup and contact record save. We have updated our package named "SuiteCRM-Customer-Portal-v3.0.zip" on the Store. Please download the new package from your Account. You need to re-install the SuiteCRM-Customer-Portal-v3.0 plugin zip file to the CRM.
Please find the below steps for the re-install process.
Navigate to the Administration page and click on ‘Module Loader’ to install the package.
As you have already installed the Customer Portal plugin, First you may have to uninstall the existing Customer Portal plugin from the system.
Click on the Uninstall button beside the Customer Portal in the Installed Plugin section. If you want to keep your existing configurations(Layout setup, Module access, etc..) then select the "Do Not Remove Tables" option during the Uninstall process.
After Successful Uninstall process, please click on Delete Package button beside the Customer Portal plugin the module loader page.
Browse the new zip file and click on ‘Upload’ button under the Module Loader screen. After uploading the package, click on the ‘Install’ button to install the package.
Click on the ‘Commit’ button to finish the installation. After successful installation, you can see the ‘Customer Portal’ Plug-in in the Installed plug-in list on Module Loader page.
Please do repair and rebuilt the CRM system after this installation. In case, you found any SQL query at the end of repair page then please execute it.

We have checked on our end with the query that you shared is the warning and notice which does not effect the working of the CRM and plugin and it seems that the warnings are not basically from our plugin.
We have also checked that you have successfully validated the license key for plugin, We verified on our end with the same configuration of your environment and it seems the plugin is working properly.

After check and a great help from the AppJetty team, the plugin has been verified compatibility with Suitecrm 7.11 and Wordpress 5.1. Thank you guys!
