#1036 - functionality questions about the plugin

Hi, I have a client that is looking for a client portal. They do credit education. They would like to setup a method so that both members to their site and lenders can interact and so they can send invoices. Does your system support private messaging? Does it have project management features? Also what payment gateways do you support?

    We have some concerns regarding your requirement as mentioned below:-

    • Do you want to develop portal for both (i.e member and lenders) ? They are in which module of CRM?
    • Do lenders create invoices for members and members will pay from portal?
    • We have live chat feature support with third party tawk.to integration but currently we do not have direct message service, but we can surely customize it for you.
    • If you want to enable project module in portal we can for that we would need to to know the flow you want from it.
    • We are using Woocommerce in Wordpress fro invoice payment. So we are supporting all payment gateway which Woocommerce supports.

    It would be great if you can share some more detail on your requirement so we can assist you better.
