#4258 - Clients that do not register (guests) are not synchronized
Hello, we are testing your solution to synchronize suiteCRM with Woocommerce, with the standard fields, but we detect that the clients that are created in Woocommerce as guests are not synchronized, that they are not registered as clients, that is, they appear as clients in the list of clients in Woocommerce, but they do not register as users. Is it normal operation? or can we modify some parameter to synchronize the Woocommerce customer list? thank you

Yes, guest customers are not synced in the current version. If you want to sync unregistered customers to CRM, do let us know. That will be extra customization and hourly charges will be applied.
