#5675 - Not working properly and NOT UPDATED since JANUARY 2022?
After more than a week of opening 2 tickets, that make the plugin not operational for production, I wonder if this plugin is supported at all.
The phone numbers get "trimmed" so you don't recognise the incoming messages, and also I´m pretty sure that´s why the plugin can´t relate the incoming WhatsApp message to the parent record (account or contact); so, basically, worhtless for the users.
I "missed" the "no 30-day trial" (as it is SO usual here at the Store!) so I went on and paid in advance for it (USD 599 btw, not a cheap plugin); after gaining access to the files to download, I noticed that the current release was in January 2022?? More than 3 YEARS ago???
I need a refund, since I can´t put this in production, didn´t get any response for my 2 previous tickets, and I need this to work ASAP or I will have serious problems here with our client.
