#4849 - Not able to send message giving Outbound Failure error

I am able to receive message In SuiteCRM when sent through https://www.waboxapp.com/ developers page also I can send test message through Developers page, but from suiteCRM message is not going, in calls log Outbound Failure for the message status. Please help.
