#4621 - doesn't work with SuiteCRM 8.2.1.

It doesn't work with SuiteCRM 8.2.1. Unfortunately, it is not possible to uninstall it as it has installed the files and possibly also modified the db but, in fact, it is not currently installed. At least it is not possible to use the uninstall button, it is only possible to remove the package, which does not result in complete removal from the system. How can I remove it manually?

    Thank you for your kind reply, I restored the system from a previous backup. At the moment I'm installing your plugin on a 7.12 version to evaluate all the functionalities our customer care needs. After evaluation, in case we necessarily need to use an 8.2.x version, I will contact you to complete the installation. Bests,
