G'day,

Currently our Web-to module is creating a contact directly. Can you please tell me how to insert a hook so that a case is created every time a form is submitted. Currently we are just watching the activity stream in the dashboard.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our add-on. You can use the SuiteCRM workflow to create the case. Identify the source when the webform is submitted and based on that create case from workflow.
