some field types are not supported dropdown list radio button

they are displayed on the htlm page but the results are not uploaded to the CRM suite. is this a bug that can be fixed?

I need a quick response to cancel my purchase if that's not possible

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our add-on. Dropdown and Radio type fields are supported and those are saved into CRM as well. Please let us know the SuiteCRM and PHP version you are using.
