Hi Team,

I have purchased WebToLead form since 18th Feb but now suddenly it's throwing "Please provide valid module name." error.

And now there is another error "Please upload the form on correct domain"

Waiting for your advise.

    Hello Jignesh,

    Thanks for using our add-on. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    1) Please provide valid module name It seems the module name is a mismatch in the HTML form you are using. Maybe you have changed the HTML and in those changes, the module name might go missing.

    2) Please upload the form on correct domain Have you provided any value into the field "Webform Upload URL" on the last step of WebToModule create? If yes then webform must be submitted from the URL mentioned in that field.
