To whom it may concern
We are currently interested in the “WebToModule” tool in order to produce forms for our CRM.
Our main concern is to understand a. If we have the ability to insert records into all of the available CRM modules (not just the 3 basic ones) including custom modules that we have created For example we need a custom form to insert a record under an account as a case, as a lead, or as a custom module that we might create, shall we say a multi question module with many fields the client answers .
b. from a form that inserts an opportunity or a lead under an account , we need to know if we have the ability to track the origin of that record. For example I need to identify between two similar lead forms that create records under an account, how many records were inserted from form A and how many from form B
