Hi, does this form support dependent fields? It is also possible to add the Google Analytics UTMs

    Hello memogza,

    Thanks for showing interest in our add-on. WebToModule does not support the Dependent field. However, you can achieve by customizing the HTML and use javascript to conditionally show hide fields. Webform is an HTML form and works with Google Analytics. You have to just edit the form and put the Google Analytics code into it.
