WebToModule

Hello there, i've purchased web to module extension yesterday and installed it on a new suitecrm installation (latest LTS version) but i am having trouble making it work really. For example after creating a first form, when i try to create a new one, a broken page appears and nothing is working in that page. I can only create new webforms using an existing webform and duplicating it and then editing it. Also inside the webform creation menu, sometimes it just brings the "remove all fields" button when there is no field added into the form and i have to retry doing the same process over and over again until i finally can proceed. Also one more thing, i can attach files as notes but i can't see the attached document inside the detail view on subpanels. For example i made a contact form and i upload the document thru the contact form. A new record is added to the contacts module and under it's subpanels (there was no notes subpanel and i had to recreate the relationship "one to many" to the notes module to make it appear) i can't see the attached document. But interestingly on the notes module i can see which contact is owner of it. I want to see all the documents attached to a contact inside the contact card. I even tried to add a new relate field to contacts and point it to notes and create a workflow to update the contact upon a note creation but no luck.
