Hi, I press "Validate" with my licence key properly entered in the designated field, a small rotating icons appears but nothing happens. Could you help me out here ?

    We have checked with your key and seems it is working well. Can you please check the file permission on your server ? May be that can cause the issue you are facing.

    Let us know, if it is working or not with the correct file permission. If file permission is corrent on your server and you still get the same error then I will convey to https://store.suitecrm.com and they will contact you soon.
