#5238 - "Key could not be found locally" error message

I am currently experiencing issues with the Webhook integration (SuiteCRM version: 7.11):

In our SuiteCRM setup, the error message "Key could not be found locally. Please go to the license configuration tool and enter your key" is frequently displayed at the top of a page. This message appears even though I have a valid license key and have entered it correctly. Related to that, I am also sometimes unable to access the configuration tool. In the "Admin" section, the button to access the configuration of the Webhook Integration, which should be listed under "Other", randomly disappears. I assume that this issue is causing the error message. However, I am unable to debug it. Any tips on how can I resolve this issue?
