#843 - SMS Not Working

I went through the installation guide and the outgoing click to call works great. However when I try to send an SMS message it fails saying "Invalid destination number or twilio settings"

In the TwiML app do I need to put settings for messaging? There were none in the install guide.

    I was able to send SMS through the "RT SMS" panel with "Create SMS" however, clicking on the "Start SMS Conversation" bubble to open the chat window fails to send. The window opens just fine, but the error comes up.
