#389 - Phone icons not appearing

When we installed RT Telephone package, icons for call & message are not showing in front of phone type fields.

Instance where we installed this package have following credentials:

Site URL: Username: Password:
Please let us know what needs to be fixed in this installation.

      Hello, pls is there any progress with this issue? I'm hitting the same problem with latest RT-Telephony_V3.2 on SuiteCRM 7.8.3, PHP 7.1.5

    Hi,

    This issue was resolved. Please make sure that you have both Calls and SMS enabled for the CRM user in the IVR settings (Admin Panel).
