Thanks for sharing this issue. Can you kindly share what is your SuiteCRM version and the version of RT Telephony installed on it?
Also, kindly share a screenshot of the user configuration at the bottom of the RT Telephony settings,

Hi,
The issue you are facing is not an error. It is an alert that you cannot unselect all inbound sources against each user. To avoid getting this alert, kindly select at least one inbound receiver for each user from the following options:
Allow phone Mobile Allow Phone Office Allow Phone Home Allow Browser
