#3397 - Unable to install

The installation stops at 17% when trying to install and I am getting this error in the apache2 error.log file:

copy(README.txt): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /var/www/html/ModuleInstall/ModuleInstaller.php on line 2065, referer: https://crm.smartcitti.com/index.php?module=Administration&view=module&action=UpgradeWizard_prepare

I have set the permissions of all files to 755, help would be appreciated.

    Give them 777 for now If it is failing on 755.
