Hi I couldn't configure the Tally IP & port as I couldn't see the information provided via my email or in my purchase history.

    Hello Ttnghi,

    Thanks for connecting us...!

    You have to enter the tally IP and port of the tally server. If your CRM and Tally connectivity is in the local network then you have to enter the local Ip of the tally server and the port is 9000 the tally default port. If your CRM is in the cloud then you have to forward the port in the tally server.
