Hello there,
Yes, Now you need to create a field from the studio with field type tagMe for the module that you wish to have tags. Also, it seems top of the configuration labels are missing. You may need to perform quick repair and rebuild from admin.

This issue is fixed in newer version.It was the issue of a missing folder.
